Purchase Tickets
Each BYU ID can purchase up to 5 tickets for $5 each. In order to guarantee everyone has a chance to ice skate, tickets will be sold by 45 minute-long ice skate shifts starting at 8:00PM.
All other activities are available throughout the night. Patrons are encouraged to show up at least 20 minutes before the hour (to sign waivers and grab skates).

Rules
- Please be courteous to others.
- NO jumping or roughhousing.
- NO food, drink, or chewing gum while skating on the ice.
- Unattended skates will be collected and redistributed.
- Please respect BYU Dress and Grooming Standards.

Toggle ItemEntryQ: Do I need to be a BYU student to attend?
A: You need to hold a current BYU ID in order to purchase tickets. However, non-BYU students are welcome to attend if their ticket was bought with a BYU ID.
Q: I have a current BYU Student ID, can I bring my kids to Fall Freeze?
A: No. The only exception for minors to attend Cougar Skate is for current BYU students under the age of 18. -

A: Yes. Tickets will be available both online and at the door.
Q: What does my ticket include?
A: The purchase of a ticket includes entry to Peaks Ice Arena, refreshments, broom hockey, 45 minutes of ice skating, crafts, photo ops, and booths from several organizations across campus including Y-Serve!!
Q: Why are tickets sold by time slots?
A: Because so many students attend this event, the best way for us to provide everyone a fair opportunity to ice skate is to give each person a designated time slot of skate time. However, students have access to all other event offerings throughout the night. Time slots apply only to ice skating.
Q: Are group discounts offered?
A: No, we do not offer a group discount at this time. -

Q: I don't have a vehicle to get me to Peaks Ice Arena. Is there another way for me to get there?
A: Yes! Shuttles will be running every 15 minutes from the WSC east roundabout starting at 7:30pm & will end at 11:15pm from the WSC. The last shuttle from peaks back to the WSC will be at 12:15am.
*Shuttles do not have exact depart/arrival times as they simply run continuous loops based on student need, but departure times from each location will be no more than 15 minutes apart. -
