The theme "Aspire Higher" is inspired by the phrase "go and do" in 1 Nephi 3, reframing action as taking the next step forward-- starting from where you are and moving toward where you want to be. When paired with the Quran verse, "So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it..." (99:7), we're reminded that even the smallest acts of goodness and effort make a real difference, ultimately bringing us closer to our aspirations.

Grounded in the pillars of belonging, service, and development, the focus is to give students the support and resources they need to grow academically, spiritually, and personally. It also reflects a commitment at an institutional level to challenge our campus to listen better and to create an environment where progress over perfection is possible and encouraged. Finally, we hope to cultivate a community where students are empowered to aspire to a higher power, regardless of what you believe-- aspire to think higher of yourself, of others, and of the Divine.
