BE THE ONE

Our campaign is built around the theme Be the One, a reminder that real change on campus starts with each of us. By inviting others in, including everyone, and leading with love, we create a community where connection, kindness, and courage thrive. When we step up, reach out, and lead by example, we don’t just hope for a better campus—we create it, together.

OUR THREE PILLARS

INVITE

One simple invitation--“Come sit with us,” “Want to join?” or “I’m glad you’re here”—can change everything for a student at Brigham Young University. For BYU students, this kind of small, sincere outreach turns loneliness into belonging, reminds people they are seen and valued, and helps build the Christlike community the campus hopes to create.

INCLUDE

Inclusion is more than noticing someone. It is about creating spaces where everyone can contribute, feel seen, and know that their voice matters. When we intentionally include others, belonging becomes something we create together.

LOVE

Leading with love means choosing to act with care, compassion, and intentionality in everything we do. It is about seeing others as individuals, valuing their experiences, and making decisions that uplift and support those around us. Love guides our actions and shapes the way we lead, connect, and create positive change.
