The Student Connection and Leadership Center adopts the shared values of BYU Campus Life.

Leadership Outcomes
Through involvement with the SCL Center students have an opportunity to be trained in, experience, learn, and develop leadership knowledge and skills. The collective mastery of these outcomes provides an immersive leadership development experience.
As a result of participating in the Student Connection and Leadership Center, students will be able to…
· Internalize university and Center vision, mission, and values.
· Provide quality and trusted service to the students and community of BYU.
· Recognize and value the differences in individuals' backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, perspectives and life experiences.
· Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills.
· Explain and utilize university and department policy[ies], procedure[s], services, and resources.
